Victo ("we", "our", or "us") is a Karachi-based streetwear brand. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to check this page for any changes.

2. Products & Orders:

  • All items are subject to availability.

  • We may update product descriptions, pricing, and sizes at any time.

  • While we aim for accurate colors and visuals, slight differences may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • There are no additional taxes on any product.

  • A flat shipping charge of PKR 200 applies to every order across Pakistan.

4. Payment:

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
You will pay for your order in cash when it arrives at your address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

5. Shipping & Delivery:

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 5 business days.

  • We use trusted courier services to deliver across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or courier delays.

6. Customer Satisfaction:

While we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time, we take your satisfaction seriously:

  • Every order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping.

  • If there is a genuine issue with your order (such as damage or the wrong item), contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • We are here to support and serve our community with integrity.

All designs, logos, content, and images on this site are the  property of and may not   be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission.  

8. Limitation of Liability:

Victo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using our website or products.

Your privacy matters to us. We only collect personal information necessary to process and  deliver your order. Your data is never shared with third parties. We respect your trust — and protect it fully.
