1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered.


2. How much is the shipping charge?

We charge a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 on all orders within Pakistan.


3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.


4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and make sure you’re happy with your purchase.


5. Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we will provide updates through SMS or phone call to keep you informed about your delivery status.


6. What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order and pay cash. If no one is available, the courier may attempt a second delivery or contact you for further instructions.
